Strategic development of technological startup Clover Group

SAMSONOWA & Partners in collaboration with IPERF conducted a cycle of trainings on the strategic management of innovations for top managers of a startup in the field of predictive analytics, Clover Group. WIthin the training, business trainers consulted students on the strategic issues of formulating the vision and goals of the company, forming a value proposition for clients and protecting intellectual property.

For Clover Group, the result of the 4-month interaction was the development of a strategy for the Russian and international markets, which the management team was able to revisit while studying the various elements of the innovation chain. Also, the startup has come to change the paradigm of managing the processes from project management, requiring adjustment of the product to the needs of the client, to product management.
